On the other hand, it appears to be somewhat intuitive (even self-explanatory) that eating routine should be in some way linked to acne, right?
In fact, at a scientific level it is already known that food affects insulin levels and at the same time, the quantity of insulin defines androgen and estrogen levels. What may trigger your pimples then? Changes in androgen and estrogen. Still, take into consideration that this is a hypothesis that, although it makes complete sense, it hasn't been proven positively yet.
Stress
It is true that stress doesn't generate acne, but it does make it more serious.
Stress can be perceived as an excessive psychological or actual physical anxiety. This is fundamental as emotion stress and anxiety can express itself at a physical level (hence, in your body). Physical anxiety good examples are: sleep disorders, abnormal sudoration, tobacco use, use of drugs, etc. AND pimples!
But, exactly how does it help it appear? Stress can result in an inflammatory reaction in the body and induce the pimples to split. The damaged walls of the pore can lead to redness and further infection (pus).
There are various tools to conquer down strain: moderate excercise, exercising classes, mediation, breathing exercises...
Other biological factors such as vitamin and vitamin deficiency and genetics undoubtedly play a role. Vitamin deficiency can be overcomed, but unfortunately genetic makeup is something we just have and need to deal with with obtainable treatment plans.
